Internet Transfer (EFT) or Cash Deposits
Paying by bank deposit or internet transfer (EFT) is easy. Place your order as normal, and select the "EFT" option when checking out. Pay your billed amount by making an electronic funds transfer (EFT), or by making a direct deposit into our bank account:

NB: Please quote your order number and surname as reference to ensure we know who the money is from - this way we can allocate the payment to your order. You'll have to pay within 5 working days to avoid your order being cancelled. We'll start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment. Credit Cards -


Place your order as normal, and select the "Credit Card" option when checking out. We accept locally-issued Visa and Mastercard credit cards only, and use 3D Secure checkout for the safest online shopping experience possible. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will be requested and securely processed through our secure server. Edge Hair guarantees safe credit card transactions. Foreign-issue credit cards are not accepted by Edge Hair.
Please note:
- If your credit card authorisation fails this usually means that you have insufficient funds available, your card has expired, or that the card type is not accepted. Kindly email us or phone customer support on 011-024-0550 for assistance.
- You cannot use your debit card to pay on www.edgehair.co.za.
- You can use your credit card budget facility for any parcel over R300. Simply select the payment period (3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months) when entering your credit card details during checkout. Please note that when using your budget facility, if the value of any of your parcels is less than R300 then you will not qualify for budget payment. In the instance that the value of one parcel is R350 and the other parcel is less than R300, the parcel valued at R350 will go through on budget transaction and the other parcel on straight transaction. Also, if any of your parcels drops below R300 for ANY reason, then the outstanding amount will be charged to your credit card as a 'straight' transaction and not a budget one.
- While an authorisation is placed on your card when you place your order, we will only bill your card on shipping your order.

Place your order as normal, but select the "Paypal" option when checking out. You will be redirected to Paypal's payment page where they automatically convert your order total to a figure in US$. You then simply enter your card details, and we receive the payment notification, completing your order. You do not need to be a signed-up member of Paypal to use their services. Please note that it may take a few hours to update the payment status on your order.

Delivery dates
An order's delivery time is counted from when we receive your payment. We endevour to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment (weekdays, provided stock is on hand), orders received before 12 noon usually ship the same day. We ship countrywide via next-day to-door courier, or Speed Services to-counter in remote areas. Shipments and deliveries are only made on working weekdays (ie. no weekend or public holiday shipping or delivery is available). Note that the total delivery time of your parcel is determined by the basket item with the longest delivery time. If you have paid via bank deposit it can take between 2-3 working days before the money reflects on our system. Please note that aerosol products are only shipped by next-day courier in Gauteng, in all other areas aerosols are shipped by road freight due to airline restrictions.
